Sadly today we got shut down due to heavy snow and tomorrow is closed for avalanche control. After that we have cold temps and sunny skies, so we are very confident about our last 5 days on snow. It’s been a challenge for everyone but we’ve stayed busy. We jogged and did some hill sprints this morning and a quick game of speed-ball. Some of the athletes were sledding in the new snow after lunch. And then we did a group hike to the Alpenblick hut where we all had some tea to stay warm. We have another cool hike planned for tomorrow and we’ll have an afternoon party for Autumn’s birthday! Tomorrow will be the first official “day off” and I think everyone is excited to sleep in a bit.
