The American Downhiller Speed Skills Camp is officially back for another year! Our staff of current and former World Cup speed racers and coaches will be back in Mammoth Mountain California May 22-26, 2021.

This years camp is going to look a little different due to Covid regulations.  We will be operating under a “day camp” format.  The on hill activities and training will remain the same but housing and meals for the athletes will not be included.  We will train on snow every morning til the snow gets soft around lunch time.  In the afternoons we will meet up for socially distanced dryland activities.  In the evenings we will have team chats and motivational talks from our Olympian coaches via online platforms.

To maximize the quality of training we are opening the camp to some pretty specific age groups this year.  You can register for camp if you are a U16 or U14 this season or if you are an incoming U14 for next season.  In  other words this camp is only open to year of birth 2005-2009.

We are looking for some FIS racers to act as interns/mentors.  If you are FIS athlete who is looking for high quality speed training and coaching please register and we will reach out to you on an individual basis.
