.U14-16 AD Speed Skills Camp 2023
Eligible ages; Year of birth 2008-2011
We are excited for our 6th annual Speed Skills Camp coming back to Mammoth Mountain, May 18-22. 2023!
We are bringing together some of the fastest speed racers in our country to share their knowledge and directly coach the next generation of racers. Our coaching staff includes current World Cup racers. ex Wolrd Cup stars , current and former World Cup speed coaches, and a solid stable of FIS mentors with each group to bolster the coach to athlete ratio. All told we have 16 Olympians, 8 FIS mentors who truly make this 5 days the most in depth and informative speed training available anywhere on the planet.
Atheltes are divided into groups of 12 who are guided by two coaches and a FIS mentor. Over the 5 days on snow we will cover everything from aerodynamic positions to full on race preparation. Afternoons will be filled with group video analysis and dryland training led by Olympian and Eliteam founder Doug Lewis.
The Mammoth race crew aways does an incredible job to provide the absolute best snow surfces and terrain builds for our speed camp needs. With the way the snow is stacking up this year could be the best ever!
