Wow, we made it through 5 amazing days of GS! We returned to the more mellow hill today but brought the intensity up through timing. Everyone “dug deep” and got a lot out pushing themselves to get faster each run. We kept up with our “National team camp vibe” and had an intense dryland session before the day off. Everyone’s looking forward to getting to sleep in, rest, and catch up on homework 🙂
