Another awesome day of skiing SPEED! Everyone got onto their SG skis today and skied in six different sg environments – some focused on gliding, some terrain, and some jumping. It was a super fun day on hill and so busy that I did not get any action shots! Luckily Doug ran another absolutely energizing dryland session and we got lots of pics 🙂 Coaches ran video sessions for each group after a much needed stretching session post-dryland.
