American Downhiller has arrived for their first-ever NZ camp at Mt. Hutt.
After an aggressive pivot three weeks ago from Switzerland to NZ, we’re happy to report that there is AMPLE snow here and lots of space to free-ski, train, and have fun. We’re stoked that it all worked out. Thanks to our amazing coaching crew that made the trek to the Southern Hemisphere, Olympians: Steven Nyman, Dane Spencer, and Mo Lebel, alongside World Cup coach Chris Brigham. There is no shortage of staff and the athletes are in for a treat. Chilly bins, flat whites, and meat pies – we love New Zealand!
